Several years ago we were concerned educators and parents who were searching for an approach to education that would insure the success of the highly individualistic student whose needs were not being met by the traditional school system. Langtry Success Stories

Harrison - Harrison was training for the Olympics. His training regimen made it very difficult for him to attend the public school system. His solution was Langtry Preparatory Academy. Harrison was able to arrange a flexible schedule for his studies at Langtry which allowed him sufficient time to prepare for the Olympic trials. Harrison continues his Olympic training an is also woking on his undergraduate degree in California.

Ryan's Story - Ryan came here when he was 17 and still a freshman in high school. He was dressed all in black and wore dog chains. He was very angry and frustrated. He began to improve when we ordered his first course - "Wildlife Management", which he finished in less than a month. As Ryan realized he was capable of making good grades, he settled down and managed to complete the remainder of his high school credits in two and a half years.

Christine's Story - Christine had tried everything by age 13. After completing an adolescent program and trying some private schools, she attended on independent study. Christine graduated at age 17 with her freshman year of college completed. Chris went on to finish her B. S. in Geology and is now attending graduate school.
